I am Daniel Cornelio, a certified sommelier trained in landmark establishments across France, Spain and Australia.
My career has taken me from Michelin-starred dining rooms to the management of gastronomic restaurants, before founding Indigo — my personal brand dedicated to exceptional wine experiences.
Today, as owner of Villa Calma, a bistronomic guesthouse with a 300-reference wine list, I channel my expertise into private and corporate wine experiences of the highest standard.
As a Court of Master Sommeliers candidate, I am held to the most demanding benchmark in the profession — a guarantee of rigour, depth and constant refinement.
My approach is built on three things: exigence, generosity and the desire to transmit a genuine love of wine.
